Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of grapes, red or green
  • 2 apples/pears
  • 2 figs
  • 4 celery sticks
  • 2 fennel bulbs
  • A handful of pickles (cornichons, pickled onions or gherkins)
  • 250g/7oz Ivy’s Reserve Vintage Cheddar, sliced
  • A handful of dried fruit (apricots, figs)
  • A handful of nuts (walnuts, almonds)
  • Marinated olives
  • 1 jar of chutney/jam
  • Baguette

Instructions

  • Put your Ivy’s Reserve in the centre of the board.
  • Arrange the crackers and baguette around the cheese.
  • Add the fruit and vegetables. You can try slicing some of these into wedges and different shapes for extra style.
  • Add a handful of dried fruit and nuts along with the pickles, chutney and olives.
  • Tuck in and enjoy!
